In Case of Damage
Please take note of any external damage to the packaging. If the bill of lading is available, make note of the damage there.
Hold order in the damaged condition received and provide a thorough inspection. Take pictures to provide as a part of a complete report.
The customer is responsible for the inspection of all merchandise upon arrival. The customer must notify Hacienda Lights and Iron and their freight/shipping company within 48 hours after receiving the order if any damage is done. Failure to notify Hacienda Lights and Iron and freight/shipping company may result in claim been rejected.
If you receive broken glass panels, we will replace them if notified within 2 business days with pictures for proof. Hacienda Lights and Iron is not responsible for reports of broken glass panels, missing candle covers, or other damage not reported within the first 48 hours the order is received.
Please take photographs of the damage and email it to us and your freight/shipping company for your claim to proceed.
It is the responsibility of the client or client’s representative to thoroughly inspect deliveries upon receipt.
ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
