Trade Accounts Application

Thank you for your interest in our hand forged iron designs.

As manufacturers of custom iron lights and accessories, all of our designs are custom made for each individual client at the time they are ordered.

We can also manufacture custom pieces when the client supplies an image of the design that they are interested in together with the overall dimensions.  A minimum quantity order is required for custom designs. If you have a project that requires custom manufacturing service, please let us know. We will be happy to provide information.

A trade discount of 15% off the retail prices that you see on the website can be obtain by emailing us a copy of your Resale Certificate together with the Trade Account Application Form before placing an order.

If you do not have a Resale Certificate, a current Business License (Contractor, Builder, Architect or Business related to construction/retail/restaurant) must be provided.

COPY OF RESALE CERTIFICATE OR BUSINNESS LICENSE MUST BE EMAIL WITH APPLICATION FORM FOR ACCOUNT TO BE OPEN.

Orders using the Trade discount must be placed using a PO via email or regular mail. If you use our website to place your order it will charge you the retail price.

There is NO refund if you placed the order without the discount and after the required paperwork is submitted for a refund.

Client is responsible of reviewing submitted invoice. Any changes after 24 hours of receiving invoice will be subject to Hacienda Lights and Iron approval. Trade customers are responsible for information on their PO. Hacienda Lights is not responsible for errors on clients submitted Purchase Orders. Any change to the order after it’s placed is subject to approval by Hacienda Lights and Iron. Approved changes will incur a charge depending on the extent of the change and how advanced the manufacturing stage the item is in. ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE ORDER CAN NOT BE CANCELED.

Our standard manufacturing times are 6-7 weeks for small orders (example, one chandelier and 2 sconces) and 8-9 weeks for larger ones. Please confirm time frame for manufacturing at time of ordering as workshop schedule may change.

Prices includes UL Certified wiring, color finish of your choice, antique glazed candle covers, up to 3 feet of chain, ceiling plate (for pendants and chandeliers), clear seeded glass (when glass is used) and a powder coat base for all designs in our Exterior Lights category. Powder coat base can be added to any design. Please consult cost for designs that you are interest in.

Trade Discount does not apply to candle covers, packing and shipping charges.

A 50% deposit is required to place the order with balance and shipping charges paid in full before delivery can be scheduled.

Balance is processed once we have notified the client that manufacturing has been completed and we have emailed pictures of the designs.

Shipping charges are determined by the freight carrier after order has been packed and weighed.

Orders that are picked up at our National City, CA showroom will be wrapped in foam at no cost.
